MEET THE LIVINGSTON FINE HOMES TEAM

Bobby is a third generation blood line builder, who literally grew up in the industry. He remembers the excitement he had as a child watching his father and grandfather build homes across Georgia and Florida.

He spent his summers in high school working with his father. From learning how to estimate job cost, to managing crews of subcontractors, to getting his hands dirty with manual labor Bobby truly enjoyed learning all aspects of the business.

Bobby inherited his father and grandfather's detailed craftsmanship and strong work ethic, and decided to pursue his passion and start his own company, Livingston Fine Homes.

Bobby married his wife, Spencer in 2016 and together they have two beautiful daughters, Hudson and Hayes.

Joseph's passion for construction began at a young age, when he first picked up a hammer and saw. At just 18 years old, he started his career as a carpenter, honing his skills and building his knowledge of the industry.

When Joseph isn't on the job site, he can often be found in his workshop, tinkering away on his latest woodworking project. His love of building extends far beyond his professional life.

In addition to his love of construction, Joseph is also an avid motorcyclist. He enjoys taking his Harley out on the open road.

Kile has been involved in the construction business since 1999. He started as a Real Estate Agent and was involved in the planning, construction, and sales of custom homes for multiple Atlanta Builders. This is how he met Bobby originally. His passion for the construction process took precedence over the sales component and he started his own Renovation Company in 2015. During the following years he partnered with Bobby on several projects and the relationship evolved to the point that Kile joined Livingston Fine Homes as a Project Manager. The combination of Bobby’s ethics and his company’s strong team environment made it an easy decision for him. Kile takes a strong personal interest in all his projects and treats the clients like they are his family.

Kile and his wife Julie have been married for over 27 years and together they have raised two amazing children, Rachel, and Harris.
