Landon Hoffman, an Atlanta native, began his career as an automotive technician, but the 2008 financial crash sparked his interest in corporate finance. He went on to earn a Finance degree from Kennesaw State University and has since held progressive finance roles at a Fortune 10 company and a nationwide commercial electrical contractor. Now, he serves as CFO at Livingston Fine Homes, focusing on streamlining business processes and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
Landon resides in Milton with his wife, Blair, and their three children. Outside of work, he's dedicated to fitness, woodworking, and supporting his kids' sports. He's also active in his church, leading both a middle school small group and a married small group.

Blake graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration from Armstrong Atlantic State University. Before joining Livingston Fine Homes, he was Regional Director at Medspeed, where he led his team to earn the Financial Excellence Award and was recognized as an Impact Player, successfully promoting over seven senior-level team members.
Now as COO at Livingston Fine Homes, Blake brings a fresh perspective from his diverse background, allowing him to identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the home-building experience for clients. His insights from other industries help create a more efficient workflow and foster a client-centric approach that ensures satisfaction throughout the building journey.
Outside of work, Blake enjoys watching sports, especially when his children are involved. He has been happily married to Angelina for 13 years, and together they are proud parents of Josephine and Blake Jr.

In her role as Operations Coordinator, Rachel assists in managing Buildertrend, a collaborative software that facilitates smooth communication and project tracking between builders and homeowners. She also plays a key role in the permitting process, ensuring that all necessary approvals are secured efficiently.
With a background in managing and problem-solving in fast-paced environments, Rachel proactively streamlines projects and keeps the team organized, resulting in a smoother experience for both the Livingston Fine Homes team and clients.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys outdoor activities, live music, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Georgia native Matt Narciso spent nearly twenty years climbing the corporate ladder at Publix, where his strong work ethic and ability to unite people truly set him apart. Now a Project Manager, Matt combines his people-centric nature and collaborative mindset with a great sense of humor, putting clients at ease throughout the construction process. His approachable demeanor fosters open communication, making clients feel confident and supported in their decisions.
Matt credits his passion for real estate to his aunt, a respected Atlanta broker for over twenty years, who inspired him to pursue a career in this dynamic field.
In his free time, Matt loves to enjoy the outdoors, travel, and go deep sea fishing, embracing every opportunity for adventure and relaxation.

Kile’s journey in the construction industry began in 1999, starting as a real estate agent deeply involved in the planning, construction, and sales of custom homes for various builders in Atlanta.
Driven by a passion for the construction process, Kile founded his own renovation company in 2015. His collaboration with Bobby on several projects solidified their relationship, leading Kile to join the Livingston Fine Homes team as a Project Manager in 2023.
Kile takes a personal interest in every project, treating clients like family and ensuring their visions come to life.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife of nearly 30 years, Julie, and their two children, Rachel and Harris.

Joe's passion for construction began at a young age when he first picked up a hammer and saw. At just 18, he started his career as a carpenter, honing his skills and deepening his industry knowledge.
He joined the Livingston Fine Homes Family in 2022 and now, as a project manager, Joe is dedicated to overseeing the careful construction of his projects. He is passionate about his love for people and of building, which shows in how he genuinely cares about his client's and their homes.

Originally from Eastern Pennsylvania, Nick grew up inspired by his engineer parents and developed a knack for taking things apart and putting them back together, or what his mother would refer to as "breaking things." He attended Rutgers University, where he played lacrosse and earned a degree in Environmental and Business Economics.
With a decade of experience in sales across various construction trades in New Jersey and Georgia, Nick has excelled in roles involving windows, roofing, siding, commercial electrical, and luxury masonry fireplaces. He brings his extensive knowledge and top-performing sales skills to the Livingston Fine Homes team, where he expertly manages construction projects from the front lines.
